Snowbird has a wide variety of terrain and several ways to access it. Utilize the aerial Tram to Hidden Peak, located at 11,000 feet, for access to several advanced or intermediate runs. For additional advanced runs skip the tram and take the 600-foot tunnel through the mountain to Mineral Basin. If black and double black diamonds are not your thing, no worries. Snowbird has four high-speed detachable quads and six doubles to access beginner and additional intermediate runs. With 2,500 skiable acres, 27% being beginner, 38% intermediate, and 35% advanced/expert Snowbird is sure to have something to please everyone.
The expansion into spectacular Mineral Basin added more intermediate terrain to Snowbird and created a lift served connection to neighboring Alta Ski Area . Both resorts can now be skied using a combined "dual-resort ticket", providing access to the USA's second largest skiable terrain.
Snowbird offers different pricing structures to suit all skiing levels and budgets. An adult all-day pass including tram and chairs is $72, just chairs is $62.
