Park City Old Town - Within walking distance to Main Street Brookridge on Upper Norfolk #1 is steps from the Quit' N Time ski trail which accesses Park City Mountain Resort's Town Lift. Perfect for Park City Arts Festival, Sundance Film Festival, or other Park City events. The location of this town home makes it a great vacation home for groups who like to ski/snowboard, mountain bike, shop, dine, and relax. Utilize Park City's outdoor stairs to easily get to Main Street. After a day on the slopes or strolling Main Street enjoy the views of Old Town from the outdoor hot tub (winter only). With 2600 square feet, two living areas, and four floors there is space to gather together or retreat by yourself. This town home offers flexibility in the sleeping arrangements. Two bedrooms have two twin beds each, but with request prior to arrival they can be converted to kings. The common game room (shared with Brookridge on Upper Norfolk #2) has a pool table, Foosball table, sauna, and weight machine. This town home is located next to Brookridge on Upper Norfolk #2 making them ideal for large groups. **Large SUV's not recommended due to the narrow road. 4x4 vehicles required during winter months. 2 cars maximum** Call 800-667-9456 Amenities
