The penthouse itself is all on one level and is spacious yet cozy. There is a formal dining table that seats 10 as well as a charming breakfast nook. The elevator takes you from the parking garage to your floor. The lobby of the building has a computer area, coffee bar, pool table and lots of seating areas to relax in.
